Whole House Inspection : Provides for inspection of
house for a buyer/seller prior to closing on a home purchase.
Phase Construction : Provides inspection for each
phase of construction on a new home (i.e., foundation, rough in,
final).
House Safety : Provides for the inspection of interior
and exterior of a home to indentify potential safety hazards.
House Security : Provides for a security survey to
determine primary and secondary defense against break-in's and fire
in a home.
Quality Verification : Conducted for insurance company
or landlord to determine the quality and verify the performance
by a contractor on a specific renovation or repair.
Follow-up / walk through : Provides for walk through
inspection with buyer to re-inspect corrected items indentified
during a whole house inspection.
